Please consider her pain as well. Ear infections are excruciatingly painful--at least in people. I had one myself a couple of years ago and now I know why children cry so much when they have one. I am not an expert with chickens at all (not getting mine 'til April) but if she shows no improvement soon you may want to remove her misery and not hold on just for yourself.

If it is imperative she make it than try to find an avian vet ASAP and give that doctor all the information you can and what you have tried for the best possible chance. I send my best wishes for a speedy recovery for her and for you too.
