If they were sat on for three days and not put promtly back in an incubator then I would say the embryos are probably dead andjust to pitch them. If they WERE put promtly in the incubator then yes stop turning 3 days before the hatch day from when they started being sat on. One of my dads freinds found a hen turkey killed by a bobcat of the nest while hunting and brought him the eggs, he tryed to hatch them in my bator with 0 hatch. This dosn't work because most of the time you don't know how long they've been sat on and don't know if the embryo survived the temp drop when the setting stopped. It really is best to start with fresh eggs or eggs less than a week old stored at about 50 degrees and turned every 12 hours since lay if you want to hatch them in an incubator. See if you can get more details about the eggs and how long they had to cool down and maybe we can help a little more.
