UPDATE: It's done!! Pictures!

Phew, thank goodness we got a break in the weather and were able to finish the coop! It still needs to be painted and some finishing touches added (like the window box) but I'm delighted with how it came out!

Thanks guys! Now I have to decide what color to paint it. What do you think: barn red with white trim and a stenciled rooster on the doors? Or should I paint it to match my house (which is almost the same color as that siding, so all I would have to do is paint white trim and black shutters.)?

what kind of siding is that you used? Where did you purchase it and how much ? I went to lowes today to try to find some similiar to that but it was like $23 for 1 panel, there has to be something cheaper to use.
