I've taken to calling this one "Slowpoke" aka "Pokey" - at 8 weeks old, not even a peep of a tail feather yet. Is this typical of cockerels or could it be genetic issues? It seems to have VERY poor eyesight, as does its more classically (but still poorly) colored Columbian Wyandotte sister. Neither is very active or friendly; on the contrary they're both quite skittish, though I've started to blame that on their eyesight more than personality (though neither seems to have much of that, either).

Edited for comparison - the other Columbian Wyandotte I got in my shipment. Same age, same hatchery, etc:
