No, there are no pips, I think what you are seeing is really just a dark spot on the shell itself.

IT PIPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was checking on my other babies and the other eggs that had pips and saw that my cracked egg that I sealed up with wax, PIPPED! I am so releaved that I didnt kill it! Thank God!
