UPDATE ON LOLA

Not anywhere close. She was laying in her bed, got up to use the bathroom, when she was finished she got back up and walked around a minute and laid back down. She's otherwise acting normal. I didnt know if maybe that's her getting lazy before delivery or what

I just don't know enough about pigs to know how far along she is. I hope she gets on with it soon!

Here is something you MIGHT try. If she will let you, take her temperature every day at about the same time. The temperature will drop a degree or two shortly before she goes into labor. Watch to see if her mammary glands have milk in them. Another thing, as she starts labor her breathing will get faster. Good luck.

These pics are from yesterday and last night. She started building a nest outside her house by the gate which is weird to me. But she has gotten a solid milk line over the past couple days!! She won't let anyone near the pen except for me. Just going on what everyone has told me I dont think it will be long

Gave Lola a blanket today to see what she would do..... She fluffed it up and laid down and used it for a pillow..lol Poor girl is miserable but she's starting to fill up with milk! This evening I went to check on her and she was making these strange grunts. They came like hiccups, but it was grunts. Non stop even going to the bathroom. I tried to look up what that particular noise meant but couldn't find anything
