Update on My Hen Turned Rooster

This is an update on my last post I made regarding my chicken Trisha who is apparently a rooster. Unfortunately I can not keep him since I live in a neighborhood. Thankfully he will be going to a good home, my brother in law who has a small farm and lots of other chickens. He will continue to be well loved and have lots of hens to bond with. Me, my Husband, and the rest of the flock are absolutely heartbroken that we will not get to see him everyday. I will miss singing with him so deeply, along with the time we spend in the garden and his big personality. Here are some pictures of us together I took yesterday after crying all day, along with some of her and the girls.

Sorry to hear you weren't able to keep Trisha. He's going to have the time of his life on a farm, so don't feel too badly. You gave him a wonderful and loving start in life!
