I'd have tried feeding Marmite. It's full of the B vitamins complex. One of my baby cockerels once stole a crumpet from my plate, so they must like it.

Hi there, I had a similar situation with my 5 week old chick. I got liquid vitamin b from tractor supply and it worked! She is fine and has been reintegrated with her 7 sisters. My question is how long do I keep giving it to her? Should I just put it in the communal water daily?I did not add any Vit C, but I'm sure it can't hurt.
My girl was 3 months old and all of a sudden she lost the use of one of her legs;
it was crumbled underneath her and she was laying face down with all the other chickens walking all over her.
Since I thought she was dying, I didn't take any photos.
My first thought was Marek's but after researching, it was clear it was not (so I was relieved).
For my little chicken, the Vit B worked almost immediately.
I hope you find a way to help your little one.
Thank you!@Chicken Tender 8, this thread is 9 years old. You probably will have better luck getting the information you need if you make a new thread and ask exactly what you need to know.
Welcome, by the way!
