I needed a chickie fix: my new fuzzy butts aren't due to arrive until mid-March.
Your names for them are cute, too. But, I don't know how you keep them straight-- I call all of mine "chicken" (well, one of them I call "rooster").

These are great! I love seeing pics as they grow. We all love to show off our birds...my babies had a lot more feathering on their wings at one week? I had to move them to the basement and out of the fish tank brooder in the kitchen yesterday as they were getting so big and jumpy/flighty... They're not so rambunctious in their new large brooder yet. They have to get used to it. I love the silkies...cool coloring and my fav. is the Cochins...so sweet and gentle...

LOVE the pictures. Also the way you have the background so that you can clearly see the chicks. Sorry about the loss of Elaine. Has to be hard to loose a fuzzy little thing. Enjoy your others, they are really cute.
