I never noticed that before....actually someone did mention that we should have a 21 step program. I was too dense to get it!

yeah or that, though if we called it the 21 step program that would just be an enabiler program instead of a cutting back program LOL!!!

I just set 40 more of my BJG eggs in my second LG 'bator!! I have my first LG 'bator full due to hatch on Wednesday but I had a temp spike of 106F the other day so I am hoping it did not kill them!!

That's what I enjoy more than hatching for me is hatching for others, share the wealth kinda thing. I go this incubator for a steal price so I might as well use it for all it's worth.

As for your spike, I'm sure you'll still have a decient hatch...in my LG I had I did that MORe than once and still got some heres wishin you luck

my inc has a turning slot thing. you pull on it and the eggs get rolled, however I personaly think it's too rough on the eggs. I've broken many eggs this way (however none leaked so i let them go, and they still hatched,...but still because of that I don't pull the slots anymore, I just hand turn

It's actually not too bad, or wasnt too bad, but now with over 100 extra eggs in there, well im sure ill be muttering some to myself

Your turning slot thing. Is it a metal bar like a T. Where you can pull on it and it will move back and forth. I don't know how to explain it but I have that on a couple of my trays and wondered what it was. I put my 101 eggs in the egg cartons with a board under them. It was taking my about 10 minutes to turn them all but now it only takes a minute. I can't imagine how long it takes you. Did you ever time it? Good luck and have fun with them all.

I would just like to add this is coming from a girl who less than a month ago was gonna quit hatching as much, and thin down her flock. If thats how it works I quess Ill quit hatching as much and thin down my flock.

YEP that's the turners in my inc! What kinda inc do you have that has it!?!?! farm master!?!?

I'll have to time it to see cuz nope i havent yet LOL! It hasnt taken me too long but i'll have hubby time me here in a lil bit when I turn them for the night
