updated- Now what do I do with it? Buff Brahma-how sick is he?

Here is a pic of The Phoenix ( I love that name, hahha). Does she look like a standard buff to you?
In the bottom pic you can see how small she is compared to the Orp and the Barred. They're from the same local feed store, but I think they must have hatched the Brahmas a few days later even though the supposedly came in at the same time. Your thoughts?
