They all look like pullets to me, but I hear a lot of people go by color. But for me I see no red and at 8 weeks you should see some I assume.

I hope you both are correct, they are beautiful but I am probably a little biased.... Snow is very friendly, the other two are more skittish. Not sure if that means anything.
