Updated pics: Any ideas of breed ? Pullet or roo?

I think some felt this was a pullet at 6 weeks. It’s 8 weeks old and has had red comb and wattles a few weeks. I don’t think it’s a meat bird bc it is not growing that quickly. Maybe Leghorn?
