uploading video from mobile?

How do I upload a video from my phone? I have no problems with images just can't figure out the video part

Unfortunatley our system doesn't support direc video uploading. You can upload to youtube or vimeo and then embed the videos here.

Videos can be uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo from many devices and then, using the link from those sites, embedded directly into a post.

ok got it.. Video is here from u tube... I also found that to get a PIcture here from Facebook all you have to do is use the snip tool and take a screenshot of the pic. then you can upload it from where ever you saved the snipped screenshot.. Thank You, Jeremy

Thank you, you saved me lots of time searching. It has taken me a day already to get a video off my phone and onto my computer!
