We just had a broody hen hatch 2 eggs today (happy Mother’s Day) but they’re in the highest nesting boxes. Do I move them to a lower spot? Or leave them way up high? Thanks in advance

Then take mom and the 2 chicks out and let her nest with them on the coop floor. I assume you've got lots of dry fluffy bedding on the floor.
Thank you so much. They’ll be okay on the floor? Then take mom and the 2 chicks out and let her nest with them on the coop floor. I assume you've got lots of dry fluffy bedding on the floor.
As long as their mother is with them, absolutely.Thank you so much. They’ll be okay on the floor?
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
