Crystal I know boxes do get dropped. I worked for UPS and saw first hand just how boxes were handled.

This happened to me last year I paid 350 for a used incubator and it was cracked and fixed with GLUE. When I got it the seller said it was damaged from shipping, and that got it broken and fixed it my self. I filed a paypal dispute and LOST. I got screwed. 350+ shipping
