I only had his home address not the post office address. I also did not have a phone number for his dude....

So who knows??

Since you have a shipping confirmation number, cant you call the post office, tell them what has happened, give them the conf. number, and have them find out what happened? Im fairly sure they have to record every transaction, and if there was postage due on the box, it would be in the computer as paid.

Now Im confused. Your original post is a bit after 12:00. I just tracked your package, and it says it was delivered at 1:52. So how could you find out all this information from him at noon, if he didnt even get his package until nearly 2:00?
