UPSTATE NY chickenstock OCT 3rd Sunday!! -The aftermath and hatching

My sump pump is crankin non-stop... I have a trout stream in the basement.

Sooooo back from TSC in Potsdam NY...

We were given the following items for the raffle AND Ryan (manager) said he wished he could come. (1) 50# bag of Dumore Layer Crumbles, (2) 7# poultry feeders, (2) 1 gallon poultry waterers, (2) 10 gallon storage pails and a boat load of catalogs and literature! Special thanks to TSC Potsdam/ Ryan for coming through for us for the raffle!

The heck with this rain. I was going to load up this evening? The heck with that!

EVERYONE PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULL---I KNOW WE HAVE BEEN DOING ALOT OF JOKING AROUND ABOUT PARTYING AND SUCH AND ALL THE FUN THAT GOES ALONG WITH IT-BUT I CANNOT HAVE THIS MANY PEOPLE STAY AT MY HOUSE SAT-THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM....THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE RUDE OR SELECTIVE...THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE STAYING AT MY HOUSE ARE THE ONES TRAVELING FROM OTHER STATES-100'S OF MILES AWAY-WITH THEIR CAMPERS AND SUCH-THIS IS NOT A TWO DAY FUNCTION FOLKS PLEASE DONT PUT ME IN THIS POSITION TO HAVE TO KEEP SAYING THIS. IF YOU LIVE CLOSE WITHIN A FEW HOURS PLEASE COME ON SUNDAY-DO NOT SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE SAT EXPECTING A HUGE GATHERING-IT WONT BE GOING ON AS I AM NOT PREPARRED TO COOK AND ENTERTAIN FOR THAT MANY PEOPLE!!! iVE ALREADY TOLD AROUND 30 PEOPLE THIS...THERE IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE AROUND 20 PEOPLE SAT NIGHT AND THEY WILL NOT BE ARRIVING UNTIL AFTER 8-9 PM...I WILL NOT BE HOME FOR THE MAJORTY OF THE DAY AS i HAVE RESPONSIBILITIES TO MY CHILDREN'S FUNCTIONS TOO...NO MORE PEOPLE ASKING TO COME SAT-YOUR NOT MISSING ANYTHING iVE SAID THIS MANY TIMES ALREADY!!! i LOVE YOU GUYS BUT PLANNING THE ONE DAY WAS ENOUGH I CANT DO TWO DAYS-

Hey, has anyone heard from Brindle? How are they making out on their trip?


So, we have 8 more babies so far today with 5 more left to hatch. These guys are gonna be really little for Sunday!

nothing got done today outside no tents nothing the downpours have been too much-the rain is supposed to stop tomorrow and Sat/Sun cloudy but decent-bring warm clothes guys

Gretchen just told us that they have gotten so much rain that her ponds are overflowing and her ducks are even hiding in the barn! She said they have gotten 10.5 inches and are expecting 3 more! Poor Gretchen!
