Hi was wondering if anyone know if backyard goats was allowed in memphis TN .I know chickens are allowed but what is the maximum amount allowed .I dont have a rooster but i met a women who live 2 blocks down from me who has a rooster im sure not legal but neighbors havent complained. I have a quarter acre and really would love 2 pygmy or nigerian dwarf goats .
I tried speaking to someone from ordinance but the man on the phone wasnt as helpful as i was hoping. He pretty much said "most likely their allowed" but no other information .
