It sounds like stridor—a sound they make when a small piece of feed gets caught in the throat. In 99% of the times, it goes away in a few hours after they cough up the small piece of feed. If the stridor sound is accompanied by sneezing, that could be a respiratory infection. Offer some water and maybe a little wet feed. Let us know if it goes away.

Hi yes the sound is very much the same hes been making this noise since 10am no sneezing though.
I've manged to get inside his mouth can't see nothing doesnt help his little tongue flapping ive manged to syringe some water down him but still sounds like a harmonica
