Urgent advice please - baby chick egg cracked with blood. Found under broody hen

Hello everyone

Looking for assistance please with an egg that has been with a clutch of 9 eggs under our broody hen.

(So far 3 chicks have hatched)

Out checking them just there and have found one of the eggs has cracked, I can see and hear the chick but concerned as there is blood.

I’ve taken away from the hen just now whilst awaiting advice.

A hen may eat that egg if you give it back, plus it may mess up the hatch. I hope you have an incubator, or a heating pad you can put it on. Don't put it on wet towel though it could drown.

Thank you for taking the time to read and reply. Much appreciated!
I do not have an incubator as all eggs are with broody hens but I do have a heat pad and also an electric brooder plate.

I’ve popped the egg on the heat pad and have in house with me. Wee one is still alive, so any advice on next steps greatly appreciated, we are hoping the little one survives.
