URGENT! Bleeding Chicken Beak!

The blue food coloring would be to put on any bloody red areas so they don't peck each other. Is the area on the beak or the combs--the headline at the top says one thing and the post says another?

This isn't my chicken, but this is where the large scab is, and where its bleeding. I'll get some pics tomorrow.
