URGENT canary Toe swollen

Anyone know what's wrong with this poor babies leg its mega swollen I think it's in pain it chirps a lot it can stand properly its only 3 weeks old what can I do

It looks like there’s a string wrapped around that toe, if it is a string or hair try removing it

It looks exactly like when my rooster gets string wrapped around his toe, so I agree. If you don't restore blood soon, the toe will fall off.

Took it to the vets and ut had fibre stuck around its toe she said theres a 50 50 chance itll fall off needs to be cleaned every day and with f10 cream

When my youngest son was a baby he was crying non stop. So eventually I stripped him down completely after trying everything else, and I realized that a string in his sock had wrapped around one of his toe. I hurried and got the sock and string off his now purple toe. He still has a scar today on his toe from it but didn't lose it. After that I would only turn his socks inside out to put them on him until he was old enough to talk.
