I have a chicken can't stand on its feet for three days and it has a green stool on its back .
What kind of treatment i would give to it?

If it's not botulism, it still looks like she's been poisoned. Marek's is, as always, a possible cause, but it generally happens younger, or with hens who've already had it, and I don't think it's likely.

I would take her to a veterinarian and see if they'll treat. You can, of course, try to treat poisoning at home (there's a process called "flushing" which involves, basically, rinsing out her crop, but it's not easy to do, by all accounts.) The procedure is probably on the web somewhere.

Try 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 pint water, 1 tbsp. sugar (or corn syrup, or molasses) as an electrolyte mix and give her some vitamins (nutri-drench, if you have any) If you don't have that, see if you can find some selenium in tablet form and give her a tiny amount.
