URGENT Choking Duckling!!

If you’re close enough to the first vet, it might just be better to take her back there and euthanize her. She’s obviously struggling and if it’s hard for her to breathe she’s dying a slow death. She must be getting tired. If she gets too tired, she won’t be able to keep breathing.
 
I don't know the current status and I have not read all of the replies, however I have seen videos where people say that the chicken winds up eating too much of hay and the hay winds up becoming almost like a bird's nest in their throat. And I've seen )on videos where the vet opens up the throat (I don't know the technical term for it) and extract the plug
 
She said that they don't have the equipment to treat her and to take her to the specialist. They put her on oxygen and she didn't improve
What about blowing in her face/nostrils or trying to use a dropper to get water down her throat? (Just throwing out ideas...I've never dealt with that.)
