URGENT, DOG ATTACK.

Sounds like she will recover well. How obvious is her wound now? She needs to go back in the coop with the others to not lose her spot in the pecking order, but you may want to put her in a dog crate with food and water inside the coop, if the wound is still red.

This is the wound currently (ignore the pasta that she didn't eat...)

Chickens are drawn to reds. They will peck at a pink, open wound until the injured bird dies. It's a natural instinct that weeds out the weaker members of a flock. You can use that instinct to protect your hen as she heals.
Get yourself a can of Blu-Kote, an antibiotic first-aid spray. Spray it on her wound before putting her back in the coop and keep applying it every few days so it stays covered and dark. As long as the wound is scabbed and stays blue, they should leave it alone.
