URGENT: Egg Turner - Unknown exact date question

My hatch has been going on for 48 hours now and still not over. It's getting hard to not swipe them outta there!

Say it with me.... PATIENCE!
 
Still just 2 have hatched and still just the pip on the other egg- no other pecking yet. Got the 2 into their warm little house. One cannot seem it open it's right eye... what to do????
