I was not having an attitude, quite the opposite. I was simply trying to inform you of the date, I've gotten the date screwed up several times and it happens to everyone. No need to get defensive.
If the bird is not starving and is healthy, you don't have to worry too much. The judge won't put it on a scale, they go by what feels right. Cracked corn, safflower, and sunflower seeds are high in fat. Just be sure that the bird does not get fat as this would be hazardous to its health. That being said, I have to agree with what others have said, you should get the bird healthy before bringing it to a show. Showing is stressful on birds and he may not be able to recover.
