Guys help what do I do now he has hatched. The temp is 99.5 the humidity is 82%. Should I open vent holes?

Yes you should open the vent holes. Nothing much else to do except let him dry off in the incubator. Congratulations on your hatch!

Open the vent holes and let him dry off , then move him under heat source that is maintaining a temperature around 95F. Congrats on your hatch, what breed?

Yes, I would open one of the holes. Don’t open the incubator heat will get out. Just let him dry
