The duck was fine last night and fine this morning at 6 am. At noon the poor thing had one irritation at base of back. Treated with blue kote. Then went back a little bit ago and now it's on the wing too. Checked for any kind of bugs, clean. Don't know if she(I think she is a she by the way she is quacking) is doing it to herself or if the other ducks are peckng at her? She wanted back in with them but I put her with the chicks for now. She just turned 5 weeks, eating and drinking good. Didn't poop in me when handling her(luck or odd) I did pat it down with some vetericyn.

What do I need to do for her?

I don't think I would have her in with the chicks. They tend to peck at things and could potentially make any problems worse. But, ducklings do start shedding their baby feathers to get adult feathers. It is hard to tell with the blue kote on, but could that be it or is it more than just losing feathers?
Also, is there anything in your set up that she could have hurt herself on?

It is definitely irritated. The ducks are pecking at her and the chicks are not. For some reason the chicks really like her--they always have. I now have a pekin duck that is mostly purple. Along with the duck, the bathtub, the walls and mysef are also purple

She is in the bathtub during the day, which is where and when this took place. Nothing there that would cause a boo boo. She swam around, shook herself and is cleaning herself. She did cry when I touched the tail irritation.

Poor thing. Hmm. I wonder why the other ducklings are pecking at her? Is she different somehow? Notice anything off about her?

So, I just looked at your update thread with pics of the ducks and chicks. Do you only have 3 ducklings and two are khaki Campbells? The one is the pekin? I wonder if they are picking on her because she is different and has no buddy? I don't know if ducks behave that way though.
@Miss Lydia could you offer some advice? @casportpony ?

I wonder that too. The way they squeak when I remove one makes me think they are buddies. They do not like it when one is removed. So it's kind of confusing. I probably could go get another pekin, if that will make everyone happy.

Yes. Poor baby. The other ducks are definitely doing this. I have a Pekin and the rest are cayugas. My male Cayuga chases my Pekin away all day so she can’t be with the rest of the group. She’s different from them. They have social groups that are as bad as high schoolers.

I'm searching and can't find anyone with pekin ducks much less about 6 weeks old. Nothing is every easy I swear.
