One of my chicks (Male) always has his mouth open, he looks alright but I’m very worried I read online that it could be a respiratory disease and that has me concerned.

Yes 100% I raised their light and the others are perfectly fine! Are you certain that the brooder is not too hot ?
Yes! He is drinking and his beak is fine! Nothing else is out of the ordinary.Does his beak align perfectly? Is he drinking?
He is 7 weeksHow old is he? I had a 1 week old created creamer legbar that did the same thing for a few days but she is now 5 months old and almost forgot that I had that worry back then because a week or so later she quit. So I’m not sure why your chick is doing it so keep an eye out but my baby worked it out.
The other chicks are fine, he’s the only one that seems to have this problem. I thought that was the issue so I raised the light, but he’s still doing it.He might be too hot
