URGENT HELP PLEASE....

I have just had 3 chicks hatch, the last one that just hatched still had cord attached and some white stuff and bit of blood, it is still in the incubator with a tiny piece still attached. Please can you give me some advise......thanks

Leave him in the bator until hes fully dry. By that time, it will have fully closed up.
That is just left over yolk. Totally normal.

It's hatching debris. It's left over in every hatching egg, it's waste material. The cord will dry up or pull off. If the chick is still attached to a dried up cord you can cut it with scissors to free it from the egg.
