Urgent!!! Injured hen

This is thr 4th day of that attack on my chicken. Floral (my hen's name) is still in no good shape although her condition improved some. I tube feed her water and food with medicine, aspirin, amoxicillin. Clean her wounds w saline and Neosporin. Except her rear she also got a puncture wound on left side of her neck, I am really worried it got infected. I actually think it is. Here is a picture, can someone tell me how to tell if the wound is infected and if so what should I do? Thanks!

Does the wound smell bad, have redness or red streaks, is it hot?

Is the puncture wound a lump, hard to tell in the photo. Swab it daily with chlorhexidine, then apply your triple antibiotic ointment. Chlorhexidine will help a lot if it's starting to get infected.

Happy to give an update. It has been 3 weeks and my hen has recovered! This only happened after I took her to three vets. Two vets sentenced her a quick demise, while the third one after a thorough examination, including blood testing, cracked a possibility of her surviving. She has been given prescribed antibiotics and pain control medicines and I tube feeded her for 3 weeks. Now she is able to eat by herself, walking around, today even take a dust bath!!! I was out around 1k bucks but she survived and happy.
