I'd check around his nostrils and see if there is anything blockage. If the panting persists, I'd get her some antibiotics and hopefully it'll clear up.

Since you are giving treats have you also provided grit to break up their food?

We have checked in and around its nostrils and compared it to the other one who doesn’t have any issues and there seems to be nothing wrong. We bought antibiotics and electrolytes today in case anything went wrong overnight but should i start giving it to them now? Yes i put a small tub of tiny shell grit beside their food but should i mix it in with it? They also have brewers yeast in their food

Yes, I'd give it to him now.

Keep it separate so they only eat as much as they need.

I'd give them electrolyte water only for a day or two. After that I'd offer both fresh and electrolyte water for a few days unless they seem healthy. Then I would go back to just fresh water. The electrolytes will only be good for about 24 hours but that shouldn't be a big deal since you change it often anyways.

Thank you so much! It’s breathing ok now the same as the other one. The room is about 18c and we have the fan on. They are not snuggling but are laying on my chest but don’t seem to cold but maybe it was just hot

That's good. Sounds like it may not have been anything serious but I'd monitor over the next few hours just in case.

Hahah thank you! Yes i monitor them all the time they are my babies and when something does start to look wrong i worry so much

They aren’t under any heat at the moment. We use a heating pad in there sleeping cage because we find it safer. So if they are hot they don’t have to be under it which they generally arent because where we live isn’t cold. During the day they are outside in their pen or with me. It was really hot outside today so we only went out a couple of times and I could tell they were hot. But inside they are in the air conditioning and the other seems to be just fine with that. They are sleeping on me at the moment and it seems fine but i can hear it making a noise out of its nostrils. It’s sort of like a popping sound.

No im not I can’t see anything but there still could be something further back. When it was breathing before i could hear like a popping sounds like something was flapping in its nostrils everytime it took a breath

Mine did that when she was 2 weeks old and she had something stuck. We had to give her a deep enough water bowl to dunk her head all the way under. She did that for about an hour and it eventually came out. Not certain that's what it is in this situation but it's worth a shot If you haven't already done that.
