Start doing what others advised you to do for your Roo, it's all probably the heat and hopefully you caught this one sooner. You should probably give some electrolytes to all your chickens as a precaution. Hopefully more will respond with more advice ....

That’s sooo hot for chickens.

Cool water on their feet, etc. all recommendations should be applied to all chickens.

So sorry you lost your rooster and now the hen isn’t doing well either. How many chickens do you have? How old are they? What breed are they? And do you feed them?

Also try to notice their poop and tell us or post a picture of what the poop looks like.
