Urgent! Peachick cat attack

I've had birds with a sinus problem before and I'm pretty sure it isn't that however as these are chicks I can't be certain. Let me go get a picture...

this is the crusty eye, as apposed to this eye, which is normal:

The crusty eye looks like it could be the start of a respiratory or sinus infection. The feed store I go to has lots of these.

Okay so i've got the terramycin but it's in Turkish how do I apply it

I usually just squeeze it onto my finger or straight into the eye, buy don't let the tip touch anything, 'cause it could get contaminated. Apply several times a day if possible.

First I let it warm up a little and sometimes I'll put the tube in some warm water, then I very carefully try to get it on the eye, but it usually ends up alll over, lol.
