I didn’t mention on of the thermometers is a brooder thermometer does that make a difference if I use it in the incubator ?
So if both the thermometers were reading 110, and you did the ice bath test and one said 34 and the other said 38 when you did that, then something is still off because that would mean that one is saying that it's 104 in the incubator, while the other is saying it was 108. If they were calibrated properly there shouldn't be a discrepancy like that.
Either way, I wouldn't trust the incubator's built in thermometer. Can you buy a human oral thermometer from a pharmacy/drug store and use that? Those are fairly accurate. See this article for details:

Also, you mentioned in your other thread that you have the humidity at 60%. Is that also a reading from a built in hygrometer or are you getting that from a separate hygrometer that you purchased and calibrated? I ask because 60% is too high for the first 18 days.
I meant to ask, do you already have eggs in there? I hate to discourage you but if you have had eggs in there for the past three days with the temperature being so high, they will have died and no longer be viable
