please help... My chickens bum does this when I apply pressure to the bald area? She also laid a shell-less egg today and I'm worried sick

I've had the same breed with a prolapse and this does not resemble that

Wow thank you so much for the information and speedy reply! She IS able to pass droppings..I was worried it might be the same thing my last chicken had as she just passed away on Friday. :'(
