Sorry to hear that he didn't make it. 
count the days from now until the rest of the eggs hatch. Then you'll know for sure. I looked at a chicken embryo chart. If he were a chicken, it looks to me to be about day 18, judging by the yolk sac size. Since he's a duck, I'd guess it would be about 24 days? But, Im no expert. Sorry you lost him please let us know if the others survive.
