Urgent: Sick Chicken Found in Coop – Need Advice

I have a flock of about 40 young hens, most of which are not laying yet. I just found one hen on the floor of the coop, completely still. I removed her, but she’s still not moving and feels very lightweight. I recently treated the entire flock with Corid. A few months ago, something similar happened to another chicken, and she died the same day. Does anyone know what might be causing this? What should I do?

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)

1) I believe she is a Wellsummer about 16 weeks old. Very light
2) she is not moving very much. Just found is at the bottom of the coop
3) just noticed symptoms today
4) no
5) no.
6) no idea.
7) they have access to water and feed from Costco
8) she has a little bit of poop on her bottom that is white.
9) i treated all my chickens with Cori’s last week
10 ) I would like to just know what is going on with her and see if I can do anything
12) rhis one is in 7x7 coop with wood shavings using the deep litter method

What is the food from costco? If you have the nutritional info for it, that would be great!
Can you give her electrolytes in water?

I don’t have any electrolytes. I live in Hawaii and some thing are hard to get but I can stop at the feed store and see if they have anything.

she is moving around just a little bit. There may have been some mouldy bread and I had some shrimp heads in the compost

Only 16% protein is way too low for young chicks and I consider 7x7 coop too small to house 40 chickens. They must be very crowded and underfed which leads to the weaker ones being kept from the feeders.

How many feeders and water dispensers do you have for 40 chickens?

I have two coops. There are three feeders in total

So there are 20 in each coop?

I would provide at least 3-4 feeders and 2 water dispensers for each coop to make sure that everyone will be able to get their fill.
And change the feed to an All flock/Grower/Flock raiser with at least 21%protein. Provide granite grit and a separate calcium supply free choice and they will be able to digest other feed than pellets.
