Well i noticed for sure todsy that part of it is dead. Is this somthing i have to cut off or will it fall off on its own? If i did cut it off how would i do thst without cause crazy pain?

It will drop off on its own if it is kept clean and dry. The problem is that if it is moist and gets poop on it, the remaining tissue can get infected
