URGENT!!!!!!!!!! sizzle chick is gaping, no balance, eyes closed, mucu

I am going thr same thing.I just lost 1 today and I think another won't make it either.Mine are not eating just standing up eyes closed they get weaker and weaker .. not drinking.I thiink the colder weather is harder to keep them healthy.This was an early hatch for me.Everybody was pipping on day 18.Lots of chicks developed to quite late and never made it out.My chicks are 1wk.tom.

they were shipped eggs. I spoke with the shipper and she hasnt had this problem before so i am stumped. hopefully this last one makes it. I put them all on antibiotics just to be sure.
