URGENT Swollen foot and eye swollen shut

Yeah, I can't be 100% sure about the eye, but it seems its likely gone. I will still clean it and see what happens.

This is the other side of foot that's swollen. I didn't cut it because there were no scabs on it. Would epsom soaks help?

I would soak the foot, but usually when I have had the bubble on top between the toes, I have lanced it and squeezed out any pus inside. The pus there may be more thin.
