urgently need advice

I have a pair of maron chickens. My female has a swollen left eye and now its closed. The male has like a runny nose and shakes his head vigorously every now and then. Can somone please advise on what I can give them. Somebody said it could be sinus infection? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers. Didnt know this condition was this serious. I also have partridges and I lost 2 of them
Yesterday. Gave my sick birds to a friend who wanted them. I wonder what I can use in the coop todo a total clean up. To get rid of all the disease. ....bleach?
