Used pine shavings help?!

Yeah I have plenty of land and no burn regs. I'll have to narrow the smell down you might be right about something dead. I have looked into the deep litter. Maybe I'll give that a try.

I use some to mulch around trees at the back of the yard to cut down on weeds, compost some, and dump some in the woods in my "leaf and pine needle" pile (ie, the "long term" compost maker).
