Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
A friend of mine received eggs in baby diapers, and it seemed to work fine, but not my favorite pack job. And I would think diapers would be way to expensive.
I do the same as @Mosey2003 individually bubble wrap each, packed in pine shavings. Of course add more shavings on top of this:
