PT wood is usually hemlock or hemfir (the same thing) it will warp. Try PT fir it won't warp. Select PT wood that does not have the heartwood in it it warps less. I have used creosote treated and Penta treated wood for years and have had no issues that I am aware of but then my chickens don't eat it either.
