hi, my duck was slipping alot so I just put some grip tape on the ramp do I have to worry about bumblefoot? Don't think the duck will spend much time on it, just in transit

How long is the ramp and how much of it is covered in grip tape? Unless we're talking about a long ramp that is totally covered in abrasive tape that the duck will be walking up and down several times a day then I wouldn't think there'd be a problem

If a problem seems to be developing then remove the tape and replace it with small bits of wood - something like I've don't on this ramp here:

Its a ramp to the chicken coop it shares with some chicken buddies. Maybe 4 foot long, completely covered with grip tape. The other side I had glued chopsticks to but the duck slipped alot on it.

Just check the underside of the duck's feet now and then to be sure that they aren't being abraded.

It's a good thing if you can prevent your duck from slipping so hopefully the grip tape works out well.
