Using stacked storage bin for quail setup?

What are your opinions for using this stack storage bin from Home Depot for keeping Coturnix quails in? The storage bins can slide in and out for easy access.

I keep my button quail in bins, but they are 50 gallon bins. @Nabiki may have some advice.

I would be concerned about ventilation. That could be solved by cutting out the tops and creating "windows" that are covered in hardware cloth.
