Using this as a coop... conversion?

It has to do with most people wanting to match the roof to the house roof and the gigantic cost variables there.

I guess the idea of matching my shed to my house has never occurred to me. 🤷‍♀️

I think of a shed as a utility building rather than a decorative thing. :D

I am totally right there with you on that.
Maybe their main customer base is folks in HOA's and all the fancy hoods. With all the rules/regulations.

...don't ask me, I'm making everything match my barn, and burying the house. so i can plant a garden on top.

Nothing I build is pretty.

I love that! A garden roof would be AWESOME!

Ain't gotta be pretty to function well.

Ventillation and roosting bars. A nesting box is something you can build with a rubber maid
My local TSC sells a few of those wall mount nest boxes. I already have two of them so for a flock of 11 perhaps (I currently have 7 hens) I would not need more than 4.

I’m staring to doubt this is a good idea. It was only a thought at first though. Curious, are there any coop companies that are especially well priced and good quality?
